All staff receive comprehensive training on the systems and procedures used within the firm and the company ensures that all training requirements are fully catered for.Each employee completes twenty hours of Continuous Professional Development annually, with all employees being encouraged to attend courses and seminars given by relevant professional bodies. Staff members are actively involved in the Design Ireland Skillnet, a multi-disciplinary design industry training initiative, regular staff site visits are organised and Safe Pass training is a pre-requisite for all staff. External speakers are regularly invited to contribute to the company's series of internal Knowledge Seminars.
