Pat Thoma is a Principal with Douglas Wallace where he has overall responsibility for the architectural group in the company's Dublin office.
He has over 20 years experience working on projects across the retail, commercial, leisure and industrial sectors in the Ireland, UK and Europe. Together with managing the architectural group, Pat has been responsible for the project delivery of the Clayton Hotel in Galway, Penneys Superstore in Newbridge and has project managed the recently opened luxury Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore, Co. Waterford.
A qualified Architectural Technologist, Pat is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. Before joining Douglas Wallace in 2006 Pat was an associate director at Meehan Associates from 1997 to 2006 with overall responsibility for the delivery of a number of high profile projects for America On Line, Sun Microsystems and Stratus Technologies in Ireland. Between 1986 and 2007 Pat lived and worked in the UK. He was senior architectural technologist with Haskoll and Company for 7 years with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of design information on a number of shopping centres throughout the UK. He also worked for Tilney Lumsden Shane who specialised in the delivery of retail and high end office interiors.
