Dublin's most established and successful car dealer required the redesign of their car showrooms on the Long Mile Road. The success of the initial Long Mile Road design has led to the development of a successful business relationship between both companies.

The brief was to provide a landmark development on this important site. The design team made extensive use of quality finishes, double height curtain wall glazing, bespoke aluminium pressings and wall planes clad in patinated copper. The double volume showroom spaces provide wonderful visibility as well as the flexibility to accommodate a wide scope of tenants.

We continue to have a working relationship with EP Mooney and have created car showrooms in the Concorde Industrial Estate, Naas Rd and a mixed use development on the Greenhills Road involving the construction of three two-storey over ground blocks housing a mix of showrooms, neighbourhood shops, retail warehousing and office space.
