This mixed use development comprises 38 apartments, a 7,000 sq ft pub, 13,000 sq ft offices and incorporates an existing medieval streetscape.

The project involved the reinstatement of a medieval streetscape at Kirwans Lane in Galway. The facades and partial buildings were refurbished and the design team have managed to present a courtyard design which has captured the spirit of one of Galway's most famous medieval locations. Kirwans Lane was the site of two nunneries and later the site of Richard Martin's 100 seat theatre.

"The Kirwans Lane scheme won the European Building/CIF award for the best residential development in the country.
