Wellpark is Galway's newest and most innovative residential, retail and leisure scheme which totals 33,000 m sq and includes 10,000 m sq of basement car parking. Construction began on the scheme in 2003 with its final phase due for completion in December 2005

The project is a unique development offering a vibrant mix of activity on site. A sense of theatre and place comes through the design delivering both a product and experience to the consumer.

The residential element of Wellpark comprises of 102 Residential Units on a site area of 19,090 sq metres in a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments of various configurations. A combination of three storey over lower ground floor blocks face onto the Dublin Road with three duplex terraces on the interior of the site and two storey terraced townhouses.
